ELECTION DAY

Please Vote - February 10th

Athletic programs in University Place are supported by the voter-approved Educational Programs & Operations (EP&O) Levy dollars. University Place offers 41 sports programs to its 3,150 students in grades 6 through 12. A replacement EP&O levy is on the February ballot to renew this funding. Ballots are due by February 10. SPRING 2025-2026

It’s Almost Spring Season!

My name is Suzanne Vick, and I’m excited to serve as the Athletic Director for the University Place School District. Participation in athletics builds teamwork, discipline, and resilience. It also helps students stay connected and successful at Curtis High School.

With 10 sports being offered in the Spring, we encourage every student to get involved! We already have 474 students registered for Spring sports.

Spring Sports Registration

Registration is now open through FinalForms

Returning users: Log in, update info, and register.
New users: Create an account, add your student, and complete all required forms.
All athletes must be fully registered and medically cleared before the first practice.
If your student carries life-saving medication, please submit doctor’s orders early to avoid delays.

ASB & Fines

An ASB card is required for participation. All fines must be cleared before purchase.

Parent/Player Meeting

Monday, February 23rd - 6:00PM - Curtis Gymnasium.

Communication

Coaches use Google Classroom, StudentSquare, and FinalForms to share updates.

Final Forms is our online forms and data management service. Final Forms allows you to complete and

sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that Final Forms saves data

from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information

twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving

you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
