The UPSD Board of Directors unanimously adopted three resolutions at their regular meeting on October 8, 2025.  Two resolutions will put replacement levies on the ballot for the special election on February 10, 2026. These resolutions will support students in all eight (8) UP schools by providing essential funding used to maintain current programs. Read more about levy basics {link to page below}. Another resolution will put a school construction bond on the same ballot in the amount of $295,000,000 to replace multiple schools with safer, more functional and modern buildings.
