K - 12 Online Student Registration

Resident families of University Place School District will pre-register for the 2018-2019 school year online so you can get started from the comfort of your home!  For Special Education Pre-School please call 253-566-5645.  For Community Peer Pre-School, please click HERE and select the forms under item #2.

Please make sure you either upload the required documents listed below to the application, or bring them to your appointment after submitting your pre-registration application online.

Once the registration has been submitted, you will need to schedule an appointment with your neighborhood school to complete the enrollment process.  This may require a meeting with the school nurse.

  • A certified copy of your child's birth certificate,
  • Certificate of Immunization Status Form (CIS) with immunization dates,
  • Student Medical Alert form,
  • Proof of residency (copy of current utility bill),
  • Home Language Survey, and
  • Parent/Guardian ID

If you do not have a computer at home, we have them available at various locations around the district. Please call your neighborhood school or the district office at 253-566-5600 for the location nearest you.
