Description

Public comment may be given either in-person at the meeting or by submitting written comments prior to the meeting. If you would like to make a public comment remotely, please deliver your written message to the district office in-person or by email to [email protected] Include your name and address in the comment. Comments longer than 500 words will be given to the board for their review, but not read aloud in the meeting. All other comments will be read aloud in the meeting during the scheduled public comment time period as time permits. Anonymous comments will not be read aloud but will be provided to all board members for their review. Comments submitted after 4 PM on the day of the meeting will be shared with the board at the next regular meeting.

Those making in-person comments at the meeting will be asked to state their name, and limit comments to two minutes.
